Official Rules for Tubi Body Bag Giveaway

No Purchase Necessary. A Purchase Will Not Increase Your Chances Of Winning. Void Where Prohibited.

 

  1. Eligibility: The Tubi Body Bag Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia, who are physically located and residing therein and who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry (each, an “Entrant”). Employees, officers, and directors of Tubi, Inc. (“Sponsor”), and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising and promotion agencies (all such individuals and entities referred to collectively, the “Giveaway Entities”), and each of their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and/or people living in the same household, are not eligible to enter.

  2. Entry Period:  The Giveaway begins at 9:00 am PT on October 15, 2025 and ends at 5:00 pm PT on October 17, 2025 (the “Entry Period”). Canary LLC’s (“Canary”) server clock with the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway.

  3. How to Enter: During the Entry Period, Entrants may enter the Giveaway by going to www.TerrorOnTubiGiveaway.com and entering the following code: BODYBAG. Where prompted, each Entrant must enter their name, and a valid email address and mailing address in order to be eligible to receive a Prize. Solely the first one hundred (100) Entrants who do all of the foregoing will win a Prize. Entries will be deemed to be received when recorded by Canary’s server. Winners will be notified electronically. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person. By entering, you indicate your full agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions regarding the Giveaway, which are final and binding.

  4. Prize: Each of the first one hundred (100) eligible Entrants who complete the entry process will receive one (1) Tubi Body Bag (approximate retail value: $119 each) (the “Prize”). Each Prize will be fulfilled within one (1) week after the Entry Period. A winner is responsible for paying any applicable income taxes and any other costs and expenses not listed above. Any Prize details not specified above will be determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. A Prize may not be transferred prior to award and must be accepted as awarded. A winner may not request cash or a substitute Prize; however, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize with another Prize of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize is not available for any reason, as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion.

  5. General Conditions: In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Giveaway is impaired in any way, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either: (a) suspend the Giveaway to address the impairment and then resume the Giveaway; or (b) award the Prize at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify and seek damages from any individual who tampers with the operation of the Giveaway, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. The Giveaway is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

  6. Release and Limitations of Liability:  By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Sponsor, Fox Corporation, subsidiaries and affiliates of both, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Giveaway; (b) technical errors that may impair your ability to participate in the Giveaway; (c) errors in the administration of the Giveaway arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control; and (d) claims relating to injuries, death, or damage to persons or property relating in any way to your participation in the Giveaway or use of a Prize.

  7. Privacy: Any information you submit as part of the Giveaway will be used for purposes of this Giveaway and treated in accordance with Canary LLC’s Privacy Policy.

  8. Disputes:  By participating in this Giveaway, you agree that: (1)  any claim, dispute, or controversy (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) you may have against Sponsor arising out of, relating to, or connected in any way with the Giveaway, the awarding or redemption of any prize and/or the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, will be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration administered by JAMS and conducted before a sole arbitrator in accordance with JAMS Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures, including the Optional Appeal Procedure, in effect at the time the request for arbitration is made; (2) the arbitration shall be initiated and conducted virtually or to the extent the arbitrator determines virtual arbitration is not appropriate, at the Los Angeles, California office of JAMS; (3) the arbitrator’s decision shall be controlled by the terms and conditions of these Official Rules and any of the other agreements referenced herein that the applicable participant may have entered into in connection with the Giveaway; (4) the arbitrator will provide a detailed written statement of decision, which will be part of the arbitration award and admissible in any judicial proceeding to confirm, correct or vacate the award; (5) The arbitrator shall have no power to issue any award that is contrary to or inconsistent with any applicable statute, case law or constitutional law, nor shall they have any power to modify, change or excuse performance of any material term of this Agreement; (6) you shall remain responsible for your own attorneys’ fees;  (7) there shall be no authority for any claims to be arbitrated on a class or representative basis, arbitration can decide only your and/or Sponsor’s individual claims, the arbitrator may not consolidate or join the claims of other persons or parties who may be similarly situated; and (8) the arbitrator shall not have the power to award punitive damages against the Entrant or Sponsor.
